Located on the 2nd-floorthisunit is set up for easy living and the perfect getaway for the family holiday or with friends.

The property has recently been renovatedwith new flooring,paint andkitchen.
The lounge room area has a comfy lounge and large screen TV, the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave and oven and the laundry is internal with washer and dryer.

The lounge and dining area flows out onto the balconywhere you will want to sit back and relax with your morning cuppa or watch the sunriseover the ocean baths and the ocean with amazing views of The Entrance Ocean Bath Pools, The Entrance North, and beyond. If you are lucky enough you may even get to watch the whales playing in the water during migration season

With access to a shared garage, you will want to park the car and takea strollinto The Entrance town and all theamenities The Entrance has to offer: Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema, Shopping Centre and more.
With many beaches to choose from, including The Entrance Beach (Patrolled), Toowoon Bay (Patrolled), Shelly Beach (Patrolled), Blue Bay and many more, you won't be short of choice when it comes to picking a swimming spot or a relaxing place to lay and read your book.

Take a drive over to Norah Head and wander around the rock pools, or climb the 96 stairs of Norah Head Lighthouseand enjoy the 360-degree views of our amazing coast from the tower balcony.

For the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from two local golf courses, Magenta Shores or Shelly Beach Golf Club. For the more adventurous or the young at heart, head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest.

The property is locatedjust over an hours drive from Sydney, north via the M1 or Newcastle, south via the M1.
If you wish to leave the car at home, multiple buses are available from town to access different parts of the Central Coast.

    Lovely ocean side apartment with a wonderful view. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival and we easily slipped into vacation mode . Have booked again.
