Great location and a beautiful holiday destination. Park your car in the resorts secure parking area and you can walk to all your desired entertainment facilities. These include the beach and lake, boat hire and fishing with restaurants and bars, shops and cafes, theatre and games hall all at your doorstep. This 2 bedroom apartment is on the 5th floor, with lift access and has a private balcony providing spectacular 270o lake and ocean views. Enjoy the resort facilities, heated swimming pool, spa and a gym room located in the complex for your use. This apartment has full kitchen and laundry facilities with living area air conditioning. Plenty of entertainment for everyone just a short walk away, it is the perfect place for a great holiday.

Linen and towels are provided.

 Due to Covid-19 restrictions use of the pool is regulated & monitored , please note
- Occupants to book in a 1 hour timeslot allocation via a monitored spreadsheet in accordance to COVID-19 regulations
- Booked occupants to have a re-coded fob for pool to assure regulations are complied
- If occupants refuse to leave pool/are a nuisance, police are to be called as a first priority.

Gym, Spa and Pool are closed until further notice due to COVID-19 regulations

    For some years now the Oak's at The Entrance has been one of our "go to" location. It's close to Sydney, we love The Entrance & the location.
    We have over past years stayed in 302, 301, 502 (twice) & others.
    This year (November 2021) we stayed for two weeks in 502. This is arguably the best located apartment within the building & is two bedrooms. The apartment though needs some TLC.
    Our issues were that unit 502 has really bad mildew in the front wall, seemingly due to water penetration from above. I understand that this is a body corporate (owners corporation) or strata problem but it needs to be addressed. It causes health issues.
    The apartment too was quite grubby in places like the TV (dust) but no real problem. I feel the owner/manager needs to up the ante in presentation & the little things.
    The Entrance is in a sad decline because of Covid, many businesses are closed & the much-loved Pelican daily feeding at 3:30 is no more & doesn’t look like it will return, so it’s not the time to have significantly increase the rental costs.
    In conclusion though a great location.
