Offering all the comforts of a resort this property has laundry facilities with dryer, kitchen facilities and air-conditioning. Enjoy the view of The Entrance Channel, ocean and lake on your own private balcony. Full use of resort including pool, spa.

  Due to Covid-19 restrictions use of the pool is regulated & monitored , please note
- Occupants to book in a 1 hour timeslot allocation via a monitored spreadsheet in accordance to COVID-19 regulations
- Booked occupants to have a re-coded fob for pool to assure regulations are complied
- If occupants refuse to leave pool/are a nuisance, police are to be called as a first priority.

    This place is all about where it's at. It is right on the water and within an easy walk of everything The Entrance has to offer. The balcony overlooks the waterfront and gives an excellent view of the surrounding area. However, to get the rewards of this location you must be willing to put up with a sub-standard property.

    The apartment itself is quite dated with several issues such as having to step into the bath to have a shower, which I would list as being a deal breaker for senior travellers. Additionally many little items were in need of repair such as door hinges, fan/light switches, fly screens and outdoor chairs. On top of this, the apartment building itself is very dated with faded carpets throughout, lifts that (while serviceable) are in need of an upgrade and an overall sense of an old building in need of a serious upgrade.

    As such, if you are not too picky about the level of luxury of your stay, then the location of this apartment makes up for its multitude of problems and provides an excellent option for a short stay at The Entrance.

    There was a few broken things when I first entered such as the bedroom door handle
    The lounge room curtain the door to the outside and the oven asked for someone to repair but no one showed up

    I took my family for a 2 week summer holiday at the oaks waterfront resort, the entrance and it was a beautiful stay. Waking up to the ocean view each morning was refreshing and allowed us to have a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

    Great location and view. Place was clean but the whole building badly needs freshening up. It looks as though it hasn't had any upkeep since it was built years ago. Definitely needs new carpets and paint. Door handles were broken, toilet roll holders broken, toilet flush not properly working, very minimal kitchen utensils available. Little things that could make such a difference to a stay experience. TV was great. Number of chairs & table size for dining were adequate. Beds were good and lounge was great size and comfy. Shame it looks shoddy.
