Spacious and modern with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this secure access 4th-floor unit is set up for easy living and the perfect getaway for the family holiday or with friends.

Property features include leather sofas, flat-screen TVs, air-conditioning, modern furnishings, caesar stone kitchen benches, stainless steel appliances, and internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.  

With superb beach and channel views from every room and the wrap-around balcony, it will be hard to leave the unit.  Sit back with your morning cuppa or after a long day and watch the surf rolling in the pelicans fishing, the dolphins playing or even the whales swimming past if you are lucky enough to stay during migration season. 

Park the car in the secure undercover car park and take a stroll into The Entrance town centre and all the amenities The Entrance has to offer: Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema, Shopping Centre and more.

With just a short walk to the patrolled beach and The Entrance Ocean pools or a walk in the opposite direction towards Blue Bay, Toowoon Bay and the beautiful beaches here on the Central Coast, you won't be short of choice for swimming or relaxing on the beach with a book.

Approx 50m to the waterfront, 100m to the park and restaurants or 150m to the surf beach.

The property is located just over an hours drive from Sydney, north via the M1 or Newcastle, south via the M1. 
If you wish to leave the car at home whilst on holidays, there are multiple buses available from town to access different parts of the Central Coast

    We were immediately impressed by the view and the apartment is quite spacious, clean and comfortable. It has a huge deck area that was lovely to sit on and watch the water. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, tea and coffee, you need to bring all supplies if you are planning to cook here. It was great to have two bathrooms. It is located really close to the centre of town, which was a huge drawcard for us. No wi-fi and no internet for the TV was a bit disappointing. Check in/out was easy at the real estate office.

    The unit is in a beautiful position and the balconies provide excellent views. The air con and dish washer were great. The facilities provided overall were satisfactory. Although linen was provided, the beds weren't made. I found that odd. Upon arrival the kitchen was dirty. I phoned the agent and it was cleaned. Overall the cleanliness level was below average. The vacuuming wasn't done properly either. The kitchen cabinets have shelving fallen down inside them which appear to have been that way for some time. The kids toy box was in the bottom of the wardrobe in my room. It was haphazardly thrown in there and in my opinion it needs to be thrown out (broken worn out items). Other bits and pieces of toys and games were in the TV unit which again indicates an inadequate clean. There were grubby fingermarks all over the unit, and around most door handles throughout the unit. The vacuum didn't work either. The paint job in the bedroom hallway looks incomplete - in need of another coat. Lots of marks on walls throughout the unit. With a bit more attention to detail this unit would be magnificent. It's a shame the cleanliness level and other details let it down.

    Fantastic location. Walking distance to shops and the beach. Amazing 270 degree views. Unit is well set up. Beds, lounge etc very comfortable. Some minor repairs needed- power point in kitchen, shower roses in both bathrooms sprayed water everywhere but on your body, vanity in main bathroom struggled to drain.

    Apartment was great, well appointed with spectacular views. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and a technician was unable to resolve the fault. The managing agent was attentive to the issue and relocated us to another apartment for the duration of our holiday.

    We are return customers to enjoy this well appointed unit, great comfort for holidays. Excellent beach and channel views from balcony and most rooms. Pleased to see fantastic new double / single bed combo in second bedroom, really comfortable. Very clean unit and friendly staff in Century 21. Only negative, unfortunately air con broke down on our first day and wasn't repaired before our departure a weekly later - Hot during evenings but will be an easy fix. Totally recommend unit for couples or family, we hope to return in 2021.

    More than Happy with the Unit etc. Would suggest owners consider acceptance of say one "small pet". I believe there is a greater demand than some realise for people wanting to take the family pet with them on vacation and most would be willing to pay a premium for this type of rental. (Fully understand Strata Management would need to agree)
