This top floor unit boasting spectacular ocean views is located on the highly sought after Marine Parade.
With views all the way up to Norah Head from the lounge room and kitchen, you won't have to leave home to have a beautiful view.

The air-conditioned property features include two bedrooms, main bathroom with bath, perfect for bathing the kids after a fun day at the beach or relaxing after a day of sight seeing, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cook top and oven, and a large balcony with BBQ; perfect for those summer family dinners under the stars.

Park the 2 x cars in the secure car parks and take a stroll into The Entrance town centre and all the amenities The Entrance has to offer: Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema, Shopping Centre and more.

Please note: There is a clearance of 1.9 meters to the 2 x parking spots.

Only a short walk (or drive), you have the choice of many of our Central Coast beautiful beaches to choose from, including The Entrance Pools (Patrolled), The Entrance Beach (Patrolled), Toowoon Bay Beach (Patrolled), Shelly Beach (Patrolled), Blue Bay Beach and many more; you won't be short of choice when it comes to picking a swimming spot or a relaxing place to lay and read your book.

For the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from two local golf courses, Magenta Shores or Shelly Beach Golf Club. For the more adventurous or the young at heart, head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest and take the flying fox across the valley.
Alternatively, take a drive over to Norah Head and wander around the rock pools, or climb the 96 stairs of Norah Head Lighthouse and enjoy the 360-degree views of our amazing coast from the tower balcony.

    Excellent location for exploring the town.Beach ,restaurants ,play area for children's all are walking distance .We stayed for 2 nights .But the outdoor area needed to be more cleaned Spider webs and lots of dead and live cockroaches in the apartment.Strongly suggest for pest control.Overall all experience was pleasant .

    This property was perfect for myself and my family of 8. We had the best time. Views are awesome. No issues whatsoever with the property maintenance wise, enjoyed use of the BBQ and outdoor area. Outdoor area is really spacious, we shared most meals out there soaking up the views and the weather. Will definitely come back and stay here. Local beaches and shopping/church all within walking distance, and the convenience of a cafe and pizzeria directly beneath us for that coffee fix. The Entrance is a great little town to explore, we will definitely come back and stay here again in the future thank you!!
