The large back yard gives the kids plenty of room to play whilst you relax on the back verandah.

The spacious master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe has a comfortable queen-sized bed.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms also have queen-sized beds with the 4th bedroom having bunk beds and a trundle bed.

The property is located approx 5 mins drive from Lake Haven Shopping Complex, 10-15 mins drive to local beaches including Norah Head, Soldiers Beach and Magenta Shores Beach and Golf Club,20 mins drive from The Entrance Beach and the Pelican Feeding, 30 mins from Shelly Beach Golf Club and 40 mins from Terrigal Beach and Restaurants.
