This 1 bedroom modern unit is situated approx1 minute walking distance to the most spectacular ocean views, The Entrance Surf Club and Marine Parade Board Walk.

The fully self contained unit has a large corner lounge, tiled floor, full kitchen and ceiling fans for the warm summer afternoons after you have spent the day relaxing at the beach.

With an outdoor games area, BBQ and inground swimming pool, you can watch the kids, both big and small, swim in the pool and play whilst preparing a BBQ dinner or kick back and relax on the balcony with your morning cuppa, or afternoon beverage. shared Laundry facilities.

Only a short walk (or drive), you have the choice of many of our Central Coast beautiful beaches to choose from, including The Entrance Pools (Patrolled), The Entrance Beach (Patrolled), Toowoon Bay Beach (Patrolled), Shelly Beach (Patrolled), Blue Bay Beach and many more; you wont be short of choice when it comes to picking a swimming spot or a relaxing place to lay and read your book.

For the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from two local golf courses, Magenta Shores or Shelly Beach Golf Club. For the more adventurous or the young at heart, head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest and take the flying fox across the valley.
Alternatively take a drive over to Norah Head and wander around the rock pools, or climb the 96 stairs of Norah Head Lighthouse and enjoy the 360 degree views of our amazing coast from the tower balcony.

The property is located just over an hours drive from Sydney, north via the M1 or Newcastle, south via the M1

  Spacious place, clean and tidy on arrival.
  Great common area to hang out, nice clean Pool and Bbq on site.
  
  I wish there was a air condition, the Vacuum was very small and doesn't do the job, I had to charge it many times.
  Other then that it was a great place to vacate.
