The property has a spacious open layout with a generous living area that opens up onto the undercover outdoor balcony / entertaining area, bringing a little bit of the outside in.

The large quality kitchen with brand new dishwasher, ample cupboard and bench space looks out to the ocean and beyond.

Imagine kicking back on the balcony with your morning cupper enjoying a relaxing breakfast whilst listening to the waves crashing below or spending a lazy afternoon with your favourite beverage, soaking up the sunset and taking in the views before turning in for the night. If you are lucky enough you may even catch a few glimpses of whales or dolphins frolicking in the waves as they make their way up and down our beautiful coastline, during migration season (usually between June and September)

The main bedroom has a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 Queen Bed and Bedroom 3 Queen bed and a single bed. Best of all the main bedroom is ocean facing.
With a good size 2nd bedroom, large main bathroom and additional shower and separate toilet located in the laundry there is plenty of space to bring friends or family.

Alternatively take a short drive to the Entrance Ocean pools, Toowoon Bay, Shelly Beach, or further down to Terrigal and Umina to see all the coast has to offer, you won't be short of choice for swimming.

Take a relaxing walk along the beach or try the Coast to Lake walk, which is a self-guidedwalk connecting pedestrians to attractions, landmarks and facilities around The Entrance. This walk covers over 7.6km of our beautiful coastline and lake areas. The walk can be covered in approx one and a half hours if you are a fast walker or up to three hours at an easy stroll

To check out amazing views of the Central Coast, head over to Norah Head Light House and take a tour, climb the 96 stairs and enjoy the 360-degree views from the tower balcony.

For the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from two local golf courses, Magenta Shores or Shelly Beach Golf Club. For the more adventurous or the young at heart head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest.

Otherwise, just sit back, relax and enjoy the ocean views, breeze and coastal atmosphere.

The property is located just over an hours drive from Sydney, north via the M1 or Newcastle, south via the M1.

A short drive  to The Entrance and approx 15-20 mins drive to Terrigal Beach.
